The Roofline Group are pleased to announce that we have secured the specialist waterproofing package on the Woodmansterne Secondary School in Lambeth and will be working alongside one of our long standing supply chain partners, Willmott Dixon.
We are due to install approximately 3000m² of varying systems including structural metal decking, PVC single ply membrane and structural hot melt waterproofing. We will also be responsible for the roof safety systems, access hatches and aluminium copings on the project.
The project will see the construction of a new secondary school that has been designed to compliment both the modern needs of the school environment and that of the neighbouring community with facilities that include a sports hall and changing complex, 4 multi use games areas (MUGA) including 3G grass surfacing, ICT suite, modern teaching classrooms and new landscaping to accommodate specific play areas.
Roofline are due to commence on site in May 2018.
