Roofline is proud to announce that following successful completion of two previous buildings within the Winnersh Triangle business park the group has secured the specialist waterproofing package for a further building with Wates Construction.
Roofline is due to install approx 6000m² of hot melt structural waterproofing across various roof areas. The new 1030 building will be located at the western end of the 85- acre business park which has a range of office, industrial, research & development and data accommodation.
The park benefits from its own train station, plus a four-star Holiday Inn hotel with a restaurant, conference facilities and a range of leisure facilities, including a fitness centre and spa, a bistro, a convenience store and bank. The development of Building 1030 will create more than 60,000 sq ft of Grade A office space with completion scheduled for spring 2016.
