We are pleased to confirm we have secured the specialist waterproofing package at the Westway Place development in Oxford with SDC Construction.
We are due to install approx. 3800m² of various waterproofing consisting of structural hot melt and PVC single ply membrane with a range of finishes including bio-diverse brown roofs, artificial grass, paving and ballast.
We are due to commence our installation in May 2019 The entire development once complete will offer 140 1,2- and 3-bedroom residential units, a 123-bedroom hotel, 261 academic related residential units and 425,000 square foot of mixed-use facilities.
