The Roofline Group are pleased to confirm that following discussions with HG Construction we have secured the specialist waterproofing for the Community Centre to the new West Green Place development in London.
We are due to install approx. 400m² of bituminous built up felt waterproofing with a biodiverse green roof finish. We will also be responsible for the access hatch and roof safety systems within the project.
The development will comprise of 126 new homes consisting of a mixture of apartments and townhouses. The Community Centre marks the entrance to the development with the building opening up to activate a new public square to be shared between residents, visitors and the wider community.
