Roofline Group has been awarded the £1m roofing contract from John Sisk & Son to provide approx. 7000m² of waterproofing, insulation and green roofs on the 2nd phase of the St Johns Hill estate in Clapham, London.
The project, from developer Peabody and designed by Hawkins/Brown, will comprise of 198 new homes and a community center, spread over three blocks.
Roofline’s work is due to commence in November 2020 and will continue through 2021.
