Roofline are pleased to confirm we have secured the specialist waterproofing package on the Village Hotel project in Portsmouth, working alongside one of our long term supply chain partners, Willmott Dixon.
The £21m Village Hotel is next to the Porsche Centre at Lakeside North Harbour Portsmouth, with the much-needed hotel due for completion in Autumn 2017.
The hotel will include 153 rooms, conference facilities and a leisure club with a 20m swimming pool, gym and fitness studios.
It represents the debut of the new Village Hotel concept which delivers an evolution of the current Village Urban Resort offer on a more compact footprint; providing potential for the company to expand into more central urban areas, where sites are, generally, smaller in size.
Roofline are due to commence on site in early 2017 with approx 2000m² of structural hot melt waterproofing with a combination of paving and washed stone finishes.
