The Roofline Group are pleased to confirm we have secured the specialist waterproofing package for the Local Centre within the Trumpington Meadows development with Barratt Homes.
We are due to install approx. 1700m² of PVC single ply membrane and insulation to the main blocks with specialist cold liquid applied waterproofing to the balconies with a promenade tile finish.
The Roofline commercial department have been working alongside the Barratt Homes design team and the Architect to ensure we had the ability to offer the most cost effective solution to the project.
This latest phase is part of the award-winning Trumpington Meadows development, which when completed in its entirety will provide 1200 contemporary homes set in 148 acres of waterside country park.
The development offers a ‘greener’ way of living, as well as being set within parkland, providing allotments and access to a future orchard the properties have been designed to meet Code for Sustainable Homes Levels 3 & 4. Through the use of solar technologies and photovoltaic cells on every roof, the development provides 10% renewable energy.
