Roofline secure educational project in Kent

Roofline are proud to confirm we have secured the specialist waterproofing package on the Trinity School project in Sevenoaks, Kent. Roofline enjoy a strong supply chain partnership with the client Kent County Council, having successfully delivered a number of educational sector projects previously. Roofline are proud members of their approved framework and continue to support many initiatives including STEM (Steps To Environmental Management) whereby we are proud to hold gold accreditation.

This latest project is also especially pleasing as it enables us to continue working with another of our long standing supply chain partners, Willmott Dixon, who have been appointed as the main contractor. Roofline are due to install approx. 3500m² of waterproofing consisting of Soprema hot melt structural waterproofing and a bituminous built up felt system with paving and washed stone finishes. We are pleased to have secured the roof safety systems that are also required on this project.

When complete in September 2016, the new building will accommodate 600 pupils between 11 to 16 years, plus a further 190 pupils at sixth form. Temporary accommodation is being provided on the new site for one year until the facility is complete. Roofline are due to commence waterproofing in December 2015.
