Roofline secure fire station project

Roofline are pleased to confirm that we have secured the specialist waterproofing package at the Temple Back Fire Station in Bristol. Roofline had been involved from an early stage on the project and had discussed the most suitable waterproofing systems with the main contractor, Willmott Dixon and the Architect.

Our contracts department are due to install approx. 700m² of structural metal decking, hot melt structural waterproofing with a mixture of paving and washed stone finishes. The station will be home to two fire appliances and a turntable ladder, as well as the Service’s rope rescue team, eleven firefighters will crew the station around the clock. The redevelopment of Temple Fire Station is part of the ‘Investing for the Future’ programme of works being implemented. Roofline are due to commence waterproofing in December 2016.
