The Roofline synthetic Division meets the requirements of many of today’s specifiers, in particular in the new build sector. Synthetic single ply membranes, specifically P.V.C and T.P.O variants remain the preferred option for fast, flame free flat roofing applications. The Roofline synthetic membrane Division has amassed a wealth of experience, using fully trained managers and installers, state of the art welding techniques and equipment and a high quality membrane selection. In addition, Roofline operates an in house training centre with internal NVQ assessors to ensure continued development and quality assurance throughout.

An extensive range of systems and finishes are available for new and existing buildings including:

• Self protecting membranes (range of
colours) in cold or warm roof format.
• Inverted roofing (finished with ballast
and/or paviors)
• Tapered insulation - to create falls within
the roof build up
• High compressive systems (to support
heavy traffic/plant to roof areas)
• Standing seam or lead effect finishes

Synthetic membranes can be installed fully adhered or mechanically attached, dependent on the overall aesthetic and performance requirements. Roofline staff have been trained to offer their experience to assist their clients in the selection process regarding type, colour and method of attachment to suit a projects individual needs.
