We are pleased to confirm that The Roofline Group has secured the specialist waterproofing working alongside Wates Construction on the new Signature Care Home in Bushey.
The new Bushey development will include 95 care home units and is the second senior living development The Roofline Group will deliver for Wates Construction following our successful completion of the 92 bedroom care home in Camberley for the same client.
Roofline are due to install 3000m² of IKO Permatec Structural Waterproofing consisting of varying finishes including washed stone and paving. Roofline will also be responsible for the installation of the roof safety systems within the project.
