Roofline are pleased to announce that we have secured the specialist waterproofing package with Wates, for the Signature Camberley project.
Roofline will install approx. 1400m² of hot melt waterproofing and bituminous waterproofing with varying finishes including ballast and paving.
The project consists of a new 4 storey care home for Signature Senior Lifestyle in Camberley, Surrey. The care home will feature 72 private apartments varying from studios to one bedroom suites. It will also house 20 specialist dementia suites, designed to offer support for individuals requiring specialist dementia care. In addition to this there will also be a cinema room, hair salon, therapy room, bistro restaurant with private dining facilities, cosy lounges and quiet rooms along with a library room.
Roofline are due to commence the waterproofing during August 2016.
