We are pleased to announce we have secured the specialist waterproofing package for the refurbishment required on Kings Road in Reading with Brymor Construction. We are due to commence approx. 1000m² of bituminous felt waterproofing with ballast finish and the roof safety system within the project.
The refurbishment of this building will result in high specification residential properties which will consist of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments within the centre of Reading. The building will also contain a private gym, landscaped sky garden and secure parking for residents. We are due to commence our installation in September 2018.
