Roofline Secure Glass Wharf with Wates Construction

The Roofline Group are pleased to confirm we have secured the specialist waterproofing package with Wates Construction for 3 Glass Wharf in Bristol.

Roofline are due to install approximately 3500m² of waterproofing, consisting of a combination of systems including structural hot melt waterproofing and bituminous systems with a variety of finishes including bio-diverse brown roof, paving and washed stone. We will also be responsible for the supply and installation of the roof safety systems within the project.

The project will see 15,000 sq ft of new office space for Salmon Harvester at Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone. The seven-storey ‘3 Glass Wharf’ scheme includes speculative retail space to the ground floor and basement car parking.

The floor to ceiling glazing and frameless glass balustrades maximise the panoramic views, with balconies providing solar shading and will be constructed to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating.

We are due to commence our works during December 2017.

“We are excited to be involved on this fantastic project for Bristol and to be working alongside one of our longest supply chain partners, Wates Construction whereby we look forward to delivering another successful project together in the same way we have achieved throughout many years”
