We are extremely pleased to announce that following our successful installation of the previous phase we have secured the specialist waterproofing package for the remaining phase of the West Green Place development in London.
We are due to install approx. 2000m² of specialist waterproofing consisting of a combination of structural hot melt and cold applied liquid with finishes including paving, ballast and bio diverse brown roofs. We have also secured the access hatches and roof safety systems on the project. The development will comprise of 126 new homes consisting of a mixture of apartments and townhouses.
The Community Centre marks the entrance to the development with the building opening up to activate a new public square to be shared between residents, visitors and the wider community. We are due to commence our installation on this latest phase in January 2019.
