We are pleased to announce we have secured the specialist waterproofing package for the exciting Reading Gateway development by Kier. We are due to install approximately 1200m² of waterproofing with a combination of structural hot melt waterproofing with a ballasted finish and PVC single ply membrane. The development will see the construction of a 120 bedroom Premier Inn alongside a restaurant and a Costa Coffee.
The Commercial team had been involved from an early stage of the project to enable them to identify the most cost effective and robust solution. The Reading Gateway site is adjacent to Junction 11 of the M4 and is in close proximity to Green Park and The Madjeski Stadium.
