Completed in 2021, Westway Place is a mixed use development of five buildings comprising of 22 retail units, flexible office space, a food store, 140 residential units, 261 study apartments and a 123 bed Premier inn Hotel. The Roofline Group were appointed the waterproofing package and associated works by SDC construction. Our works comprised of structural waterproofing, Liquid waterproofing, Single ply membranes, Green roofs, aluminium copings/flashing, roof safety systems, smoke vents and roof drainage.
