The Velocity project comprised of the construction of two five-storey office buildings that provide around 105,000 sq ft of office space. The building is also thermally efficient with lighting systems including daylight sensors, passive lighting controls (PIR) and LED lighting in key areas. Electric car charging points are also provided in the car park along with bike storage to promote green travel options. The project exceeded BREEAM expectations and secured a rating of ‘Excellent’.
