South Camden Community School

South Camden Community School, London

Due to the longstanding relationship we have built throughout many years with BAM, Roofline was invited to assist from an early stage of the project which enabled us to gain a clear understanding of each building requirements within this complex project.

The scope of work included waterproofing to the eastern and western wings, arcade and theatre buildings as well as the main entrance. Built to be highly sustainable, its green features include a ground source heat pump system that heats and cools water using the earth’s underground temperature. A large percentage of the construction itself will be using recyclable materials, and over 95% of all construction waste generated was diverted from landfill.
