Canada Gardens (E03 & EO5), Wembley

Completed in 2021, Canada gardens is an oasis of green in an urban setting, offering a new kind of city living. Blending the best of cosy home interiors with contemporary style, the Canada Gardens building is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy city life at a different pace, with an acre of green space, kids’ playpark and even allotments – all within vibrant Wembley Park. Roofline secured this project with a key client over 2 phases spanning 2 years. Over 40,000m² of waterproofing was installed, to the central podium, the balconies, the main roof areas and the ancillary buildings. Our works included structural hot melt waterproofing, cold liquid waterproofing, paving, green roofing, decking, flashings, roof safety systems and a host of associated works.
