Bayside, Worthing

Bayside in Worthing, East Sussex is an iconic development of 141 high quality homes, positioned in a prime location on Worthing’s seafront. With direct access to the extensive promenade and spectacular sea views with private balconies, this development is truly stunning. Roofline Southern were awarded the waterproofing package for this project, which was completed in 2021. Our works included the main Flat roofs (structural waterproofing/Insulation/ballast)), the balconies (Liquid waterproofing / Insulation / slabs), the Kiosk and Gym roofs (Single ply / Insulation) and the central podium (structural waterproofing). We also provided access hatches, roof safety systems, rainwater goods, flashings and other associated items to provide a complete roofing package for our client. Our works covered over 10,000m² of waterproofing solutions.
