We are delighted to confirm that we have secured the specialist waterproofing package for the prestigious New Addington Leisure Centre in Croydon with one of our longest standing supply chain partners, Willmott Dixon.
We are due to install approx. 2500m² of structural metal decking and waterproofing consisting of a mixture of finishes including bituminous felt, cold applied liquid and PVC single ply. We will also be responsible for the access hatches and sedum blanket green roof to the Sports Hall within this exciting project.
The development will provide high quality and modern leisure and community facilities including community halls, café, 6 lane 25m pool with spectator viewing for up to 150 people, learner pool, wet changing village, large fitness gym incorporating a spin studio, dry change facilities, multi-purpose studios and indoor 4 court sports hall with associated changing facilities.
