Roofline London &Home Counties have been awarded the flat roofing contract to supply and install 3600m² of IKO hot melt structural waterproofing and associated Insulation / roof finishes on a prestigious new new lifestyle community for over-60s, near Chertsey in Surrey.
The 4.7 acres village will offer 140 apartments and cottages complete with exclusive onsite amenities and 24/7 support services. We are very pleased to have secured this with a key client and look forward to commencing on site in November this year.
