Insulated panels
Insulated panels comprise of a steel decking profile and Firesafe Insurer approved insulation core in one unit, reducing site assembly time by up to 50%. In addition, the system eliminates the voids that exist with conventional flat board Insulation, thus eliminating condensation risk. Roofline are approved installers for both Ward Topfoil, (assembled decking / insulation, subsequently covered by a mechanically attached single ply membrane) and also Ward Topdeck, (complete assembled unit which includes a single ply membrane factory laminated to the insulation). Roofline were one of the first contractors to install the Ward Topfoil product on a major scale and have achieved great results for clients in relation to quality, programme and value in particular where large surface areas of flat roofing were involved.
Composite/profiled metal sheeting
Composite roof systems are commonly used for industrial and commercial projects where long panel lengths provide a fast and economical installation. Available in a wide range of profiles, coatings, finishes and insulation core thicknesses to suit thermal value requirements. Composite panels are very durable and have a proven performance record. A continuous method of manufacture ensures high levels of quality control, provides the structural integrity of autohesively bonded steel facings and offers uninterrupted insulation coverage, thereby eliminating cold bridging. A complete range of rooflights and flashing accessories are also available to compliment the chosen system type. |
