Roofline are pleased to confirm they have been successful in securing the specialist waterproofing package with Willmott Dixon on the second phase of the Lynwood Care Village in Ascot.
Roofline are due to install approx. 1500m² of structural hot melt waterproofing and bituminous built up felt systems with a mixture of paving, washed stone and Astro turf finishes. The access hatches and smoke vents are also included within our package.
The brand new retirement community in Sunninghill, Ascot opened in May and is an excellent solution to the challenges of third age living. The spacious apartments and cottages are designed to make life easier for over-65’s with support and care available as required. This second phase will add 73 apartments and cottages with completion of the new properties anticipated by spring 2017. Roofline are due to commence waterproofing in March 2016.
