Installation is underway at a large residential development in Harrow. Roofline Group have commenced the installation of approx. 3500m² of specialist waterproofing, consisting of cold applied liquid and bituminous felt warm roofs, terraces and balconies with varying finishes including green roofing and paving. We will also be responsible for the installation of the roof safety systems, davit arms, access hatches and copings within the project.
The development once complete will comprise of 186 apartments spread across four separate tower blocks with a mixture of affordable and shared ownership units. This key residential scheme additionally accommodates commercial and community floor space, gardens and play areas.
