The Roofline Group are pleased to announce we have secured the specialist waterproofing package with the Berkeley Group for the next phase of flats and urban houses at Green Park in Reading.
Roofline already had a presence within the development as we were chosen to install the waterproofing on the extra care and ancillary buildings earlier this year.
This latest phase will see us commence 1100m² of Danosa single ply membrane to flats and a new urban house type to suit families living in cities that enables twice as many homes to be built on a site compared to traditional terraced housing.
We are due to commence our waterproofing in October 2017.
