Roofline are pleased to confirm we have secured the specialist waterproofing package on the Chase Farm Hospital redevelopment in Enfield.
Work for the Royal Free London NHS foundation Trust will see construction of a new build five storey acute hospital including an urgent care centre, inpatients, eight theatres, day surgery, outpatient ambulatory care zone, imaging, diagnostics and supporting facilities.
Roofline have been involved with the design team at Integrated Health Projects as a joint venture between Sir Robert McAlpine and Vinci from an early stage of the project.
Roofline will be responsible for the installation of 6200m² of waterproofing consisting of structural hot melt waterproofing and single ply membrane with a varied range of finishes including extensive green roofs, paving and ballast. Roofline will also be installing the AOV’s, access hatches and the roof safety systems.
We have also secured the waterproofing for the development of a new energy centre which will see a further 850m² of waterproofing systems being installed.
Our installation commenced in November 2016 with completion of the Healthcare Building planned for summer 2018.
