The Roofline Group are pleased to confirm we have successfully secured the specialist waterproofing package on the Building 2 development in Guildford with Brymor Construction.
The development involves the remodeling and refurbishment of an existing three storey commercial building including a new three level front extension and a single storey rooftop extension to create a new inset third floor level.
Roofline will be responsible for the installation of approx. 3000m² of waterproofing consisting of metal decking, structural hot melt and single ply membrane with a variety of finishes including sedum green roofing, paving and ballast.
Our installation is due to commence in July 2017.
